In order to develop the land fund and help state be more proactive inallocating land, Ministry of Natural Resources Environment has proposed ChapterVIII on development in Draft amended Law Land. Within scope ofthis article, focus is analyzing evaluating limitations inadequacies theregulations based a comparison between amendedLaw Land current Land, thereby making some suggestions improvelegal provisions establish comprehensive strict legal framework for funddevelopment activities Vietnam today.
